Blackberry is not connecting to the Internet?

My blackberry curve 8520 is not connecting to bbm, internet, mchat, or twitter?

it keeps saying "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. "if the problem persists please contact your service provider." i have had my bb for a month and i topped up 2 days ago it worked fine for the first day and the morning of the second day it wont connect :/ i tried soft and hard resets and done that whole thing of going to options-->advanced options--->host routing table-->menu---> register now and i have also tried doing that managin connection thing and it says i got good signal (5 bars) and it says GPRS PLEASE HELP!!!!!

contact your service provider, or take the battery out and leave it for a few hours and the restart it.
