Could I get a Blackberry Curve 3G as a replacement for my new Blackberry Curve 8520?
-
I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 and my carrier is Rogers. I have had it since September 2010. (so it's less than a year old) The trackpad is starting to desensitize so I would like to go to Rogers and get a new one for free. If I were to do this, would they give me the new Curve as a replacement (the 3G or newer) if I asked for it?

Answer:
I don't think they would give you a 3g because it is better than a 8520, and the warranty usually replaces a phone with one of the same type, but never with a better one. Anyway, read your contract and check if there's a clause about it. They might just try to fix it first.
