How do I convert unsupported data from psp into a mp4 to play?

I added a video to my psp and it says unsupported data. How do i get it to play??? please help!!

Hi formats like MP4-AVC(480×272), PMP-AVC will be ok for psp. You can try tools like 4Videosoft PSP Converter, it's quite convenient. You can follow this search result for more details if you like or just free download & try it yourself. (:

PSP supports only MP4-AVC video, not general MP4 video, please make sure your video is compatible with PSP.
