hold down one of the apps but dont click it then they will start shaking and a X will come up then X it out

You hold the app until everything start to be all wiggly. Then there should be an "x" to delete it. :)

you have to find the page that says your apps and then you have to virtually drag them off your ipod touch screen ( on your computer) .. hope that helps a bit.

I KNOW THE ANSWER! okay so you press on an app for a while and then they start jiggling and there's an X in the corner. you click on the X and delete the app.

Hold down on the app icon, then they will all start to wiggle and have little 'x's at the top. Click on the 'x', then it will ask you if you're sure you want it deleted. Say yes. When you're done hit the big button.

You Hold down any "App" of choice, till it starts to shake and move about, then click the black "x" then it will ask you are you sure you want to delete it, click yes, then it will ask you to rate it then that choice is up to you!

To delete them from the Iphone, just touch the one you want to delete for a second or two until all the icons get jittery with a little X on them. Delete the ones you don't want then push the home button to go back to normal. When you sync with Itunes then you need to go to the Iphone "apps" Tab when the phone is connected and un-check the apps you don't want to sync anymore. You can go to the main apps page in Itunes as well and delete the apps permanently after they are off the phone.
