  Although technology still falls short of finding the perfect "all in one" device, the Treo 650 is the best on the market for real estate professionals at this time. Unfortunately, the Treo 700 sacrifices too much for me to recommend that model. Maybe the next incarnation will be better. Downside: The Treo 650 does not take high quality photos (for that you will need a good digital camera) -- but it does have a serviceable quality cameral built in to offer the advantage of a quick turn around, MLS access, email, phone, access to Top Producer (and similar real estate agent programs), and even electronic IR lock boxes in some regions. (Check with your local broker to determine if this is available for you.) What it will offer the real estate agent is a way to be quick to respond to your potential client's needs and to be able to send them photos and information on the spot (by email or IM or phone). It's an impressive offering and the high-tech edge means you get quicker turn around, your service seems more instantaneous and your clients feel more coddled and "well-cared-for" in your hands.
