How do you download desktop manager for blackberry to your computer?

Where does the desktop manager come from with the Blackberry Storm?

• Ok, I just bought my very first blackberry. And I'm learning about apps and what not. I understand how to add them using OTA. But I can't figure out how to do it using my computer. I understand I need to open a desktop manager, but where does this come from? Is this software that I need to download onto my computer ahead of time? When I plug my phone into the computer, it finds it, it updates software or something, but nothing pops up. So IDK if my computer is just not finding it, or if its something I need download off the web. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  You should have received a CD with your Storm. However if you didnt have no fear, I am attaching the direct link to RIM for you. Install this, it is what you need to get your PC to recognize your device and download anything via your computer. If you need anything else, let me know
