How can I reset and/or erase my Palm Centro?

I have a Palm Centro from Sprint, and I'm trying to erase all of the information on my phone. As well as setting the phone to its original default settings.

Open the battery cover and take the battery out. With the battery out, hold down the on/off/end key and re-insert the battery. Continue holding the on/off/end button down for about 10 seconds. After you let up, it will ask if you want to erase all data. Make sure you back up your contacts to your sim card or computer before doing this. Back up any other files you want to keep to your computer as well. Good luck.
