What's a good cardio routine to do at home?

Whats a good internet and home phone broadband deal?

  • currently in my family of four we have a virgin broadband home phone bundle. We get 2GB of data with unlimited usage (so we can go over our limit and not pay more, it just slows down) we are constantly on facebook games and downloading things and in 1 week we have used the 2GB of data, we pay $60 per month and get free calls to any other home phone. So this plan is pretty good, except the data is not big enough. we also take it with us to our shack, so it needs good speed and range. So my question is. can you help me find a better deal that has similar deals like this but with more data AND still have free home phone calls. please help!

Check out "Clear" (previously Clearwire). They have great services and pretty inexpensive. They offer phone services also. Another idea would be Magic Jack.
