Why won't my phone except collect calls anymore?

How can i get collect phone calls from upstate?

• My Husband is leaving upstate and he said he can only call collect. i have a t-mobile phone. what can i get to add collect calling to My phone? is there any websites i can go to so i can add it to my phone plan? Please Help

  you can not get collect calls on a cell phone (or VoIP) you need landline service to get collect calls... also, most telephone companies automatically block calls from correctional facilities (which i assume is what you mean by upstate, since he can only make collect calls) so you would need to contact your local landline telephone provider to allow calls from correctional facilities - you may need to pre-pay for these calls...
