How to make international calls with Vonage?

Vonage I changed my phone and I can't make calls anymore?

• I changed my Panasonic phone to GE triple Cordless Handset. My phone company is Vonage. Before it was fine but now, I can't make any calls. When I push talk button, you can hear a dial tone and then push the numbers but when I did that, dial tone never stops and then goes to busy sound. Is it my new phone or Vonage? (I can receive phone calls but they can't hear me and intercome works fine too)

  its your new phone, you have to program theVoip Address....any time you have a new VoIP hardware go online and change the address!! but most of the time you can do it directly on the phone itself....you need your activation code, I hope you remember it....then....your Vonage IP address....!!
