I can't check my voice mail at work?

I've been trying to check my voice mail on my work phone. However, whenever I pick up the receiver and press the flashing Voice Mail button, all I get is a loud beeping sound. Is there a way to fix this?

you need to speak with your IT department, or whoever your phone system vendor is to provide you with the instructions and password to access your voicemail...
