I need to write a RMA procedure?

Generally, there's nothing complex about an RMA procedure, which is a common element in any industrial customer-supplier relationship. The procedure belongs to the supplier, and it's up to the customer to follow it. Usually, when a customer wants to return a product for any reason, an RMA must first be requested from the supplier. Once granted, the RMA number must appear on the packing slip, on any correspondence relative to the transaction, and especially on the shipping label or otherwise on the outside of the carton.
