Is there a way to figure out a Private Caller's number?

• My mother recently told me that for years a man has been calling our house random times during the day. Everytime when my mother answers the phone he is doing something which sounds inapropreate. He hasnt called for quite a long time untill last week. He has called us every single day since then. My mother is always the one to answer the phone in the morning in her room which has no caller ID so she cannot tell when he is calling. I have caller ID in my room and today was the first day that I could have had an incedent with this man. I just want to know if there is a way to find out a Private Caller's number so we can either block him or figure out who it is. There is alittle speculation that we do know the person.

  The situation should have been reported to the phone company long ago and your mother should have considered changing her number so that your mystery caller loses his link to you. If the calls continued after you got your new number, then the caller is obviously somebody close to the family to know the new number
