Is there a BT shop in Aberdeen?

Bought from BT Shop a BT Response75+ but cannot download manual from BT Shop 'unavailable'.?

User guide not detailed enough. Need help setting up for remote access please. Have downloaded online manual for 75 (from another retailer) but cannot find similar for 75 plus manual. Crazy situation. Your help will be much appreciated as need to replace my existing ,faulty answerphone.

Googling "BT Response 75 user manual" This seems to work: http://www2.bt.com/static/i/media/pdf/response_75_userguide.pdf is the plus model that different ? edit: - the plus guide http://www2.bt.com/static/i/media/pdf/response_15_plus_userguide.pdf however, I did note that my firefox locked up when opening it google chrome managed it no problem.. maybe just download that link rather than open it...??
