Why can´t I phone a landline from skype.?

I have enough credit, I tried the testcall but that didn´t work either. The messages work ok. Skype say its the internet connection, but if the messages work then that seems a bit odd. I have uninstalled and installed again - no luck. Help please.

As long as you have credit on your account for calling landlines, it should work fine. I use it a lot..
