How can I find the land line carrier on a phone number?
-
A phone number originated with AT&T but was ported over to another carrier. How can I find out who has the number now. It is not an active number.
-
Answer:
Try http://www.tnid.org/ . It's the only free site I am aware of that has accurate information about numbers that have been ported. For any Canadians that happen to wander across this, note that while the site will produce results about Canadian numbers, they are not accurate.
