How to get numbers from contacts in android?

How do I get my normal contacts back on an android phone ?

• I just got my new android phone and when I was about to go on facebook , it asked me if I wanted all of my facebook friends on my contacts so I set it like that , but now i'm worried they might take up too much space on my phone . can someone please tell me how to get my normal contacts back please ??

  Your phone will typically contain 256MB - 16GB of user storage for things that the phone will use such as contacts. Assume each contact will take at most 2MB. In a worst case scenario, you would need about 125 contacts with all information fully loaded before you have to worry. However, from a home screen, select Menu > Settings > Accounts and Sync. Find the Facebook account, and turn Sync off. Only the facebook data related with your contacts that aren't provided through other resources will be removed though. Do this with any other contacts, but I will suggest you keep your Google Accounts on, as this is where your contacts are backed up in case you have to replace or reset the phone.
