How do you mean unblock? they have restricted it for non payment? - pay it Contract reason- miselling- calls are recorded. stopping your direct debit is frankly stupid, they;ll cut you off and in their rights to go to a debt collection agency if you dont pay I'd write more, but I deal with this daily.. and the stopping direct complaint is just petty. the customer doesnt win by the way..

if your conversations with your telephone company are as incomprehensible as the questions that you have posted on here it is no wonder that you were "missold" a contract for a landline - which i have never heard of except perhaps for business customers.... or why your phone is "blocked" so you stopped your payment to the company, so they shut the service down for non-payment... you are not going to get free phone service... if you cancel payment.. they are going to cancel service...
