Where can I find a landline map with at&t to see what calls are local and what calls are long distance?

Well, If you lived in Ohio, you could go to the PUCO (Public Utilities Commission of Ohio) website and view the EAS (Extended Area Service) maps for the phone exchange in which you are located. http://www.puco.ohio.gov/pucogis/easmaps/easmap_by_exch.cfm Since you have an only 1 in 50 chance of living in Ohio, I suggest you check your state's Public Service Commission to see if they have something similar. I've seen the PA, FL, IL, IN, MI and WI sites that do.
