Which calling card is the best to use to call to Ecuador?

Can I use an INTERNATIONAL prepaid calling card to call domestically(I'll explain)?

• Ok so I'll be at boot camp for 2 months and need to bring a prepaid calling card The thing is-my parents will be going out of the country for like 3 weeks and I obviously will use the international card to call them when they are in Mexico BUT once they arrive from their trip-would it be possible for the international card to be used to call them just like a "Regular" calling card

  they let you make phone calls in boot camp now? wasn't like that in the 90s when i went thru boot camp... i am sure that you should be able to call domestically with the same calling card... the rates would probably be cheaper for doing so... but i would confirm with the calling card company before buying it, because you are not going to get a chance to buy a new calling card until the last week of boot camp when you get off base liberty...
