Can people call my skype account if I dont have any money in it?

I havent bought any skype credits (and I dont want to) so will skype charge me if someone calls my skype with a landling or cell phone?

Answer:
if you did not purchace a skype in phone number, then there is no way that someone can call you with a landline or cell phone... if you purchased a skype in number, than people can call you with regular phones until your number expires... this is separate from skype out credits that are required to make calls to land line and cell phones...
