Trace a number in BSNL landline (India)?

I am getting a nuisance call in my BSNL landline number. I have no caller ID. Is it possible to trace that caller? Where should I complain?

If you are sure, its a nuisance call you can lodge complaint with BSNL & Police. Its better to install a caller ID, or you can use a phone with inbuilt caller ID for tracking the caller. Latest phones have the technology to block a caller from a particular number. Replace your phone with a caller ID phone.
