Is it possible to get incoming calls list in BSNL landline ?

I want to know if it is possible for us to get the details of all incoming calls to my landline number ( either online or by going to BSNL office) . I reside in kerala, and i have heard that most BSNL offices do not reveal it to any coustomer as it is difficult. Is this true?

Yes it is unauthorized, no company is allowed to reveal anyone's detail for an unknown person, its ur number but those who called at ur phone have their rights too, u can not get incoming details.
