i want to pay my bsnl landline bill online (bihar). i tryed out on bsnl portal but failed. while creating a phone account thy ask for the unique id which i am not able to find out in my bill. plz suggest me the right way to pat the bill online. plz suggest any other site if u know/used. thanks in advance.

first of all u try to know whether yr area has been covered with its server based on chandigarh and the bill which u are getting is of new style i.e. having unique id and account no. if so, u will be able to register in selfcare site of bsnl otherwise no use and wait for sometimes as all circles are going to be linked soon.
