Is it just me or is the magicjack website not working?

I tried to turn my MagicJack and it will not work. I have tried to get on the website but all I get is a message that says "unable to connect" or "server error" and I get the "error 20" on my magicjack. But my internet connection is fine. I have tried rebooting my computer, unplugging the magicjack as well as restarting the internet. This is the first problem I have ever encountered with my magicjack any help would be greatly appreciated. : )
