How to match Android Camera Preview correctly?

Ideal touch phones to buy?

Well... Budget will be 5k-8k. My choices of brands will be Nokia, Samsung (as Android is becoming more popular), Sony Erickson. Kindly suggest some good "touch phones". Enough of typing.. My friend has bought Samsung Android for 8K.. But something new.. Shouldn't match, right? :D I don't mind the video clarity, but slightly good camera needed too! ~2mp cam does.! P.S: Do not tell me, "if you EXTEND the budget to 2K-3K you ll fly away with varieties."
