Is BSNL Landline Connection a cheating?

How to get a BSNL landline & Broadband connection quickly?

  • it has been more than 2 years since I applied for a new BSNL connection. But for some strange reasons, they have not given me a connection. Reasons they say: 1. No primary*? available 2. All lines are full 3. Heavy expense / not affordable, if given to a single/a few customer. What is all about this? What is this primary and all? I can't understand the meaning of those reasons. Please, anybody tell me how can I get a New BSNL connection? I prefer BSNL because in my village no other Broadband connections are available. Besides, BSNL has some good data schemes.

    I got mine in less than 3 days. Contact your local BSNL office again. Sometimes, you need to behave like the "unaware customer" and make a little fuss about how these "technical terms" confuse you. Just ask them straight what needs to be done to get the connection? If I remember correctly, I had to resort to the old tried and tested method to get my connection fast (office line, so was in a hurry) .... see if that helps. Cheers
