As a sales person, how important is to talk soft?

Problem with Talk Talk?

  • A sales person signed me up with talk talk so i looked them up and they got bad reviews from other people and my bro was with them and said they was crap. So the next day i phoned them up to cancel they said they have canceled it for me. the next week i was cheaking my bank online and they had set up a direct debit. So i phoned them again to tel them they dident cancel and to cancel it again i also phoned bt to let them no what was going on. So i have to wait to the 16 of octorber and phone bt to see if they canceled it or not what else should i do while wait and is it true that AOL have moved over to talk talk they said it has but aol stillhave the site up and still advertise.

    talk talk is crap,i have to wait till next year till my contract runs out then i will change company,my phone line had a fault,its a good job bt came out,they didnt charge me anything for it,if talk talk came out they would have charged meyou think its a good deal at first,it isnt good luck hope you get it sorted

Yes they are with AOL But personally I'm with talk talk and I find them OK

basically, if you contacted bt to have service with them again, they will have notified talk talk, they should contact you to make sure you are aware of the change. if no cancellation, it will go ahead. and to norfolkgirl, it will still be bt that come out to repair the line, as the lines are still owned by bt wholesale, and no matter who you pay the rental to, it will be bt openzone engineers that maintain the lines. this is why other companys can do cheaper rental as they do not run/maintain the network, and have less restrictions than bt on prices.
