Is there a way to block a phone number from calling my home with my Embarq service?

I have a person who calls our home over and over...even after being asked to cease...sometimes up to ten times a day. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to block thier number from calling my home. I have residential service with Embarq. Thank You :o)
