Will i get charged for texting out of the country using my wifi calling app?
-
I was out of the country for the new year vacation, and was texting numbers from the United States, I was able to do this because I was connected to wifi, and had my WiFi calling app on. The only thing the app told me was "WiFi calling uses plan minutes" but I never made a call., just texting. I could recieve and send messages. Will I get charged? I have a.tmobile service

Answer:
i am not sure if texts go over the wifi connection... i do understand why they couldn't... i would recommend calling t-mobile to verify that you would not be charged for these calls... but you really should have checked with them before you made these texts...
