How can i trace a number.....landline?

can u press 1471 to find out who rung un plug the phone change ur number

pressing *69 after the call was placed will give u a number and time.. there is a feature where u can trace the call and i thin it is *57 to trace it.. but i dont think that service will help much u will need to have someone call the phone company for more details on wat is done with the calls that are traced good luck!

If you have the callback service, usually pressing *69 will give you the number (and possibly time) of the last caller, if it is available. Phone block only works for the particular number blocked, they could be calling from a different number. Ideally, you should call the phone company and ask them the best way to do this for your local area. Unfortunately, the phone company cannot do much except block specific phone numbers from calling you unless you get the police involved, and they may eventually start charging you for blocking too many numbers.

so turn the ringer off when everybody goes to bed or unplug the phone
