Alright, I'm a 19 year old Chicano (Mexican-American) living in the city Hollis from Queens, NYC. My best friend has been deported back to his country in Ecuador & I haven't seen him for the last 3 years. Then today I got a phone from an out of U.S.A number & it was my best friend so I told him I'll call him tonight since I didn't want to waste my minutes. Which calling card is best to call Ecuador? Like, which one will give me more time to use to call Ecuador? P.S: I want mature & honest answers, nothing childish nor sarcastic (e.g: "if he got deported, then leave him alone."; "go back to Mexico, too!" [I can't because I was born here in U.S.A]; etc.).
