Answer:
you can not dial 1 800 direct to the US, but there is a trick.... I use! Get a access code from a calling card, then you can use the 1 800!!!

In general, you can't. Most US 800 numbers don't work for international access. To see if yours does, just try calling it the same way as you would call any other US number, and see what happens. If the call completes, watch your next phone bill.
