How to block a number from calling my home phone?

My home phone is with att , how can i block a number from calling it?

  • theres this guy that keeps calling me and i just want to block his number, not to be mean but my mom answers and its embarrasing so....? i have att and i rlly dont want to call the company..im only 16 , idk how to do anything like that so i just want a way to wear i dont have to call anyone..? if u could help i would love you forever..lol I SRSLY need help thou. thx bunches.. byes.

Of course, you also have to convince your family that there is a need for it. Good luck. XR

I actually tried to and they told me its not possible, I had to change my number due to this guy calling me non stop that I stopped dating. Call their customer service 1800cingular and ask a customer rep. Last time I asked though they said they couldn't do it and that the number had to be changed through them.
