How do i disable the voice dial on my blackberry curve 8330?

It is activated by a button on the side, and its really annoying. How do i disable it?

Answer:
Pinkfloy beat me to it. The directions are above - where you are basically changing those function keys to another application or device. I had the same problem and took it off - just did not like it. It is easier to just use the dial feature.
