How should I pay my BSNL landline bill online?

Use of Internet: Why can not I pay my BSNL bill online?

When I can pay most of the utility bills on line using Internet Banking, why can not I pay my BSNL bill (providing me internet) over internet? I went to BSNL Office in my to get the weird answer from them "Use bsnl.co.in" (Don't I know that?) When I questioned about further details required (Unique No, etc), they told they do not know and it is not under their scope to have a knowledge on that!!! Why the providers themselves could not make the option easy?
Answer:

pls go to a customer care centre near you... they have a service called online bill payment... no need to produce your bill... jus tell them the telephone number and pay the cash... datz it...
