How do i find out what area is a telephone number?

    I do the 100 operator services, its free to call 100 from a landline and theyll tell you the name of what area its from unless it happens to be a cable number or a company like bulldog, skype etc.

the code for London is 020; the 7 or 8 is part of the number and still has to dialled even from another 020 number. I hope if not you can gooogle it. PEACE!
