How to I unblock my land line phone?

  • I want to unblock my phone so that people can call me and get through even though they have blocked phones. I am not asking how to make a call and have my number unblocked. I know how to do that via *82. Is there a way to unblock my own phone so that people with blocked numbers can come through?
