What number says that you are borderline diabetic?

What does it mean when you call a number and it says...?

  • what does it mean when you call a number and it says this number has been temporarily disconnected? and i would call daily to see when i would be able to reach the person and it would say the same thing for a while and now it says the number you dialed is not in service and has been disconnected. Does this mean the person was late on paying their bill so it was disconnected?

  • Answer:

it means the person you are calling is a cheap bastard

Not necessarily, there are a few reasons why it may have been disconnected. Why don't you ask the person who owns the phone?

they didn't pay their bill, changed their number, or there phone service is screwed up.

yeah it means they shut it off (no phone anymore).

Yes, or they moved and didn't leave a forwarding phone number. Most of the time it is because of the non-payment of the bill.

it could be due to technical fault on the persons telephone line you are trying to get through with todays technology when it works things are rosy but even with todays standards you cant guarantee anything works perfectly.
