    It really depends on where you live. I would talk to friends and family and see what they like. You also need to check on their coverage for your home/work/play. Then you need to look at rate plans as well. The best source is always friends and family as they know what works for them and what doesn't. Don't limit to only those two, check out T-Mobile and Verizon as well.

Sprint ranks dead last for customer satisfaction.Unless you live in a major metropolitan area, you probably will not be happy with Sprint. Their Nationwide PCS network is well, not very nationwide. Outside of these areas you will be relying on analog roaming. If Sprint or Cingular were your only two choices, then go with Cingular. I personally have been happy with Verizon Wireless for about three years.

I've had cingular for many years and have been pleased. I mostly love the rollover minutes. Just don't buy the LG brand phone. I have five of them. It is the worst phone I've ever had.
