HELP!!! I dropped my Samsung sway in the toilet!?

this may sound gross but you may have to suck excess water out of your phone....

Remove the battery from the phone and place everything in a bowl of rice, for a few hours/overnight. This will absorb the water. Turning on your phone COULD have shorted it out, but anyway try it tomorrow, and if youre lucky, it'll work. Do not put in in sunlight or the dryer, as this could damage the circut board

put it in the sunlight.

fill a ziplock half way with rice and then put your phone in the bag and then cover your phone completely with rice....leave it in the bag overnight and it should be back to normal. I dropped my I Phone in the toilet and the rice trick worked wonders! The rice will suck the moisture out of your phone without damaging it! Hope this helps!

Don't turn it on. If you turn it on right away you might of ruined it. Take it apart. if you have a cover that can open do that. if not just take the battery out and leave your phone and battery next to an air vent/fan or anywhere that it can dry. give it a couple days. don't be impatient or you'll ruin your phone. and the screen is black cause you got the insides wet and that's a sensitive part so everything else will light up but until the inside is dry, the screen will stay black. hope it works!

Sorry but your cellphone is now pretty much ruined... water must have destroyed the inner cables and the screen now probably gets no power. Try to go to the store were you bought it , and ask for advice.^^ PS: Best answer please =D

OMG i have heard of em being droppwd in the bath but the toilet! lol i would hair dry it and let it all dry out and then try to use it

wrap it up in a towel, put it in the dryer, i did that and it worked :D or put it in rice! rice will absorb the moisture from the phone.
