Pantech Duo Micro SD Problem Music Help!?

I just bought a Pantech Duo from ATT. I recently had the SLVR and I had a micro SD card with some music on it. I put the micro sd card into the duo and it went on. The problem is, that music is old and I now want to put new music on. I am using a Mac Laptop by the way. So, I plugged the phone into the USB and nothing appeared on the desktop. I was reading about places and it said that a folder should appear on the desktop, but nothing has appeared. Has this happened to anyone else? Or can you help me.

I'm not familiar with the Mac OS at all but try going to the connectivity menu on your phone and choose the mass storage option on the phone and that should make the phone appear on the Mac OR download the music sync software and then using it copy music to the phone!
