Whose number is 9247016456? I am getting frequently missed calls.How can I find out the owner of this mobile?

    i would not call that number there is some that call from over seas and if you call that number .....you could face paying a bill for over 2500.000 for that phone call ......something like that was in the news not long ago and that have to pay whats ever they are asking for could be a 800 bill or alot higher .....oh yes it was on the news show called 2020
