Do you know about free cell phone for seniors and disabled?

Anyone know how to find cell phone number owners in the U.S.for free?

  • need to find names to go with the cell phone detail listing. anyone have any ideas how to look that up on the web or by phone? not getting any help from my provider.

    You can't. That information is private and sealed. The carriers aren't supposed to give that out except only to law enforcement. With some social engineering you could call the numbers and/or provider and try to get them to give you the names, but that's illegal or shady at best.

Cellphone companies that I know of don't keep public directories. So you'd have to go directly to the target's carrier (which is easy to determine). But they almost certainly would not tell you.
