How do you get videos from a cell phone too youtube?

i bought a micro-SD card and pluged my phone into my cousins pc but it says i need a web cam or i need to email the video by email from the phone but my plan does not include free interet so i can do that and i dont have a webcam is there a way to get the videos from my phone to youtube by syncing my phone to the pc

Get a microSD to a USB adapter, or if your phone has a data cable, use that. Access the video file, upload it to Youtube. If Youtube doesn't support the format, go online to your favorite search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) and find a converter that will convert it to a file that would be recognized by Youtube.
