How do I get broadband coverage in italy?

How do i stand ending t.mobile broadband contract due to end next march having nothing but problems ?

  • Hi i am on a 24 month contract with t.mobile broadband and i am having nothing but problems with it such as 1 almost constantly loosing connection 2 slow connection speeds sometimes taking 10 mins for a page to load 3 pages do not load up properly or just come up blank 4 when trying to reconnect after (device has become disconnected or unavailable) get device canot be found message or the web n walk shows as not responding then sometimes responds out of the blue and 5 i am paying £15 a month for what i belived to be unlimited package and apparentley there is a 15 gig alowance which i sem to have gone over (i cant understand how maybe to do with the fact i have had to down load some updates upto 7 or 8 times due to the connection problems i have had) i have rang them a couple of times and they have said im not in the best coverage area but i still shouldnt be having to reconnect every 2 mins I am just wondering what sort of charges they will give me if i pull out now ?

    Go back to where got it from & ask for the manager then explain to the manager your promblem if no joy write to their head office

Yes do what the other person has said and also tell them if they can't help you, you will stop your direct debit with your bank because you are paying for something that you are not getting any service from and you also can tell them that if this is not resolved then you will be taking the matter further. And also ask them for the Chief Excutives name and address, they will give you their head office, don't accept it ask for them to find out what his name is and his address then once you have that then write to him and explain your problem and tell him that you want to terminate your contract and that you feel that you are not getting the service that you subscribed for.
