Where can I get certificate & key very quickly to hack Nokia?

I wanted to hack my Nokia e63 in order to install unsigned apps & I want to sign apps in my phone itself & for that I need a certificate and a key. I submitted a form for cert and a key in 2 OPDA signing websites and it's has been a week & I haven't got my cert & key. Therefore if anyone knows a different site from where I can get it easily please let me know. Thanks for the help
