Which phone is better: LG Dare or Voyager?

  • I can't decide which to get. If this helps, what I do with my phone is: I use it mainly to listen to music so that's VERY important I do text so I would like a easy way to text I don't like overly sensitive phones Well, that's basically it. I would greatly appreciate if you provide the phone you prefer and its pro's and con's. Thanks.

    i have the dare, and i have played around with the voyager before. The dare is an amazing phone. It has a GREAT built in mp3 player and lots of other great features. The reason why people think the dare's keyboard sucks so much is because they have never tried turning the phone sideways if you do so... the tiny keyboard turns into a full QWERTY keyboard just like on a computer. or if you are driving down the road u just use the tiny keyboard. people also don't know that if you change the sensitivity on the phone under the touch menu. then you will have a much easier time. U can even costomize the layout and the background and the home menu, move around your icons to suit you just like on a desktop computer. The dare has great PC based internet and much more. It is like a more advanced version of the Iphone. In my opinion i would go with the dare in a heart beat. i also had a friend and they're voyager broke in half within two weeks. and Verizon wouldn't even replace it because they said it was self-inflicted damage. if you like to text, the Voyager is better. The Dare's touchscreen keyboard is awful

i havent used the Dare, but to listen to music i would say it is a better choice than the Voyager. the Voyager is also a pretty sensitive phone. the only thing i would say for the Voyager in your case, though i prefer it personally over the Dare, is that it has better texting, even thought that too can get tricky if you try to use the touch screen for texting.

Actually non is a good MP3 player. If choice is limited, Vogager is a better option cos your phone company most likely give to you free. Dare MP3 player is Java based: extremely slow to start, and volumn control is horrible. There is also bugs within the software with limited MP3 regardless how big is your trans flash installed. With Dare, you couldn't do anything else when play MP3, In the case when you dial a call, the MP3 will disble and need to re-start all over. Dare and all LG touch screen phone todate are big time software design failure.

lg dare or voyager, i would have to say voyager because you get tv and radio and you tube, its almost like a i phone but not from the same company, lg dare falls apart easier and is very crapy, dont get it!!!! that is just plain good advice young miss

well the dare has a bigger keypad when the voyager has a tiny keypad but the voyager gets way better reception than the dare , the dare isnt so sensitive but there both pretty much the same so there you go i am a electronic guru so if you have any questions on it further just message me and ill give you my best opinion
