How do I become a phone entertainer?

If you cancel your cell phone plan, does your phone become unlocked?

  • ...and also, if you dont cancel but the plan expires (ie. after 3 years use), will the phone become unlocked then, or will you always be stuck with that provider?

    If you mean unlocked as in pin code then no. You can still have a locked phone unless you do an entire factory reset on it. Also I can tell you this, you won't be stuck with the provider & you can always choose to active your account on your phone or deactivate it or just change providers too, all options are open.
