    Hi usually on the pay monthly tariff you have to pay extra to use the internet on the phone orange do a add on for the internet am not sure how much it is a month though ! the only part of the internet which is free to browse is in the orange world & your know if its free because it will have at the top of the page this page is free to browse ... hope this helps

If you mean the 18 or 24 month contract then you will have free evening and weekend internet browsing for 2 months (after 7pm in the week and all weekend). Any downloads are chargeable. The free offer ends at the end of the 2 months and Orange will text you to let you know the date you need to cancel it by or you will be charged £5 in month 3. Hope this helps =)
